We encourage and foster relationships between young people in our twin towns, through our links with schools, scouting and youth groups both here in Bognor Regis and our twin towns. Over the years we have supported many initiatives including foreign language, sporting, and musical competitions or exchanges.

With the financial support of our town council, we also seek to include youngsters in our exchanges with our twin towns helping to foster better relations.

One of our new initiatives is the environment including climate change and greening issues and it is anticipated this will be a key focus for our young people when we visit Trebbin in 2023.

We are always looking for new and interesting ideas to unite young people in our twin towns.

Youthbridge (in association with The British-German Association)

Youthbridge is the BGA’s schools’ network. At a national level, Youthbridge works to raise awareness of the value and importance of teaching German in UK schools. At a local level, Youthbridge encourages and supports German-language teaching in British secondary schools. The help the BGA offer schools includes:
